Mr. Nimesh N. Kampani – Chairman
Mr. Nimesh N. Kampani is the Founder and Chairman of the JM Financial group of companies. In a career spanning more than three decades, he has made pioneering contributions to the development of the Indian capital markets. He has vast experience in advising corporations on their financial needs, especially in the areas of raising capital, mergers and acquisitions. He holds a number of positions, including:

Mr. M. R. Mondkar
Mr. M. R. Mondkar has held various prestigious positions in several organisations. He was instrumental in setting up the Merchant Banking Division of ICICI Limited (subsequently hived off as ICICI Securities and Finance Company Limited) in 1972-73 which is now converted into ICICI Securities and Finance Company Limited.

He is a member of the Listing Committee of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).

Mr. Mondkar holds a Bachelors degree in Science and a degree in Law.

Mr. Ashith N. Kampani
Mr. Ashith N. Kampani has 25 years of experience in equity broking, having serviced all segments - Retail, High Net worth Individuals, Corporates and Institutions. He began his career with the family's stock brokerage firm in 1982, and then worked with JSB Securities Limited/JM Financial Limited between 1991 and 1998 as Head of Dealing. From 1999 to 2007, he was with JM Morgan Stanley Securities Private Limited (now known as Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited), as Senior Vice President in the Institutional Equities Division, servicing institutional clients in Asia. Mr. Kampani continues to be part of JM Financial Group.

Mr. Ashith N Kampani holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. E. A. Kshirsagar
Mr. E. A. Kshirsagar is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of JM Financial Limited. He is a specialist in Corporate Strategy and Structure, Disinvestments-Central/State/Private Sector, feasibility studies for a variety of industries and the impact of legislations on business. An eminent Chartered Accountant, he was associated with the Management Consultancy Division of AF Ferguson for over three decades, retiring in 2004 as Director-in-Charge.

Mr. Kshirsagar is on the Board of several companies, including Ashok Leyland Limited, Batliboi Limited, HCL Infosystems Limited, Merck Limited, Rallis India Limited and Irwell Private Limited (Mauritius).

Mr. Dilip Kothari
Mr. Dilip Kothari has been the (founding) Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity business of the JM Financial Group since January 2006. He has over 23 years of experience in the global financial services industry, having spent 10 years in the United States of America and over 12 years in Asia.

Prior to J M Financial, Mr. Kothari was Managing Director, Olympus Capital Holdings, one of Asia's leading private equity firms. Before that, he has been Head of Consumer Banking, HSBC, Singapore, and Head of Credit Policy and Risk Management, Citibank, Asia. He started his career with Citibank, where he held various senior management positions in the Consumer Banking Division, based in the United States of America.

Mr. Kothari has a Masters degree in Finance from the Kansas State University, USA.

Mr. D. E. Udwadia
Mr. D. E. Udwadia, Partner, Udwadia & Udeshi, Solicitors & Advocates, acts as a Legal Counsel for numerous Indian companies, multinational corporations and foreign banks in India. He has spent over 41 years in active law practice and has vast experience and expertise in the following areas: corporate law, mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, corporate restructuring, foreign collaboration, joint ventures, project and infrastructure finance, telecommunication, international loan and finance related transactions and instruments, real estate and conveyancing. He is on the Board of several public limited companies, including ABB Limited, ADF Foods Limited, AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited, Bombay Burmah Trading Corp. Dr. Pravin P. Shah
Dr. Pravin P Shah, Partner, M/s. Pravin P Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, has over 37 years of experience (including 6 years in the United States of America) in the areas of financial consultancy, corporate structuring/restructuring, taxation, management consultancy, valuation, property matters and accounting. He has contributed several technical papers at conferences and published books and articles in India and the USA on the abovementioned subjects.

He is on the Board of eminent companies, including Adani Exports Limited, Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited, Claris Lifesciences Limited, Bombay Rayon Fashions Limited, Benchmark Trustee Company Limited and Jai Corp Limited.

Dr. Shah is a Ph.D. in Cost Accounting from the University of Bombay (now Mumbai) and is also a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Mr. Paul Zuckerman
Mr. Paul Zuckerman, Chairman & CEO of Zuckerman & Associates Ltd., has been associated with various international organisations, including World Bank and International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan, Nigeria. He was Chairman, SG Warburg & Co., prior to its acquisition by UBS. In this capacity he was closely associated with Indian companies in the early days of globalisation in India.
